"The class I most enjoyed
was one of the lomi lomi classes. It covered a lot of information
but was done in a way that was full and enthusiastically
filled with love. It covered many aspects of Hawaiian culture
and I especially for me, who had never done any lomi lomi
before. After the class I felt I could do a full lomi lomi
massage. We prayed, chanted, massaged. I learned aspects
of the art of lomi that I had never heard before. The kumu
had a big smile and a great heart." |
