This retreat weaves together the spirit of Hawai'i, the kupuna of Hawai'i and the beauty of this island to create an environment so unique that you will be able to experience Hawai'i in a deep and spiritual manner. This seven day retreat on the tropical side of Hawai'i Island introduces you to the spiritual aspects of Hawai'i through teachings of Native Hawaiian elders. There will be instruction in Hawaiian spirituality, values and culture, including lomi lomi, as well as time to swim and snorkel and contemplate and take some special excursions. |

- Seven days/six nights in sunny Hawai'i
- Introduction to the spiritual aspect of Hawaiian culture through the teaching of Native Hawaiian elders
- Swimming/snorkeling
- Excursion to Volcano National Park the home of the Goddess Pele
- Excursion to Lave Tree State Park, where the lava goes straight up to heaven
- Excursion to Ahalanui, the geothermal ponds where the hot waters of the Volcano, meet with the cool crashing Pacific Ocean
- Excursion to the waterfalls of the Hamakua Coast
- Massage, snorkeling, self reflection and contemplation
- All meals and lodging from supper the night of the 27th to breakfast the morning of the 4th transportation to and from the retreat from the Hilo airport or Hilo site
