Hawaiian Winter Retreat

For those of you who would like to exchange the cold winter of your home for the warm tropics of Hawai'i, this is the retreat for you. This retreat will give you a first hand experience with ho'oponopono, lomi lomi and other Hawaiian cultural experiences as well as excursions to the volcano, waterfalls, and the geothermal ponds.

This retreat will feature ho'opono pono ke ala (making right more right the path), an introduction to the values and spirit of Hawai'i, as taught by Aunty Mahealani Kuamo'o-Henry and a personal understanding of the spiritual practices and values supporting Hawaiian culture including hula and chant, as taught by Kumu Hula Raylene Kawaiae'a.

Po Kini Retreat- Ka Pa Ola Lomi Lomi Retreat

Balancing the energy of male and female, dark and light, is an important concept in Hawaiian ritual and protocol. This workshop, working in that balance provides five days of lomi lomi training. Ka Pa Ola technique is based on lua, the Polynesian martial art, which is the foundation for hula as well as lomi.
